Are you tired of trying to figure out how to make labels with a desktop publishing or word processing application? Are you sick of not being able to print labels on the label paper you bought because it is not supported by your software? Would you like to have an affordable label making software program that simplifies the process of creating labels and is capable of printing on any kind of label paper? If you answered yes to any of these questions, Label Master is the label making software package for you.

With Label Master you create templates that define the layout, content types and printout specifications of a label. These templates are then reused to make specific labels. Lets look at a practical example to see the power and simplicity of Label Master. One of the most common type of labels are mailing labels, so lets start with creating a simple address label. A common address label size and layout is the Avery 5160 which is 2.625 inches wide by 1 inch tall. First open Label Master and change the size of the canvas to the dimensions of the Avery 5160 by clicking “change label size” in the file menu. Next add a new text object by clicking the “add text object” item under the objects menu then move the mouse over the canvas and click and drag to define the initial size of the text object. Lets make the text object fill up most of the label space; be sure to leave a small margin around the edges so that the text will be printed within the bounds of the label.
